Walking with Mother Earth is a literal creative expression of our deepest relationship with self and our Earth Mother. Walking meditation is an incredible embodied journey of learning, to purposefully and attentively move with this world. As we learn to hone awareness and focus on each step taken, we begin aligning our mind, body, and spirit to more ancient Earth rhythms. We reanimate our interdependence. We become informed by Earth’s frequencies, awareness, and wisdom. These personalized mindful meditation walks are being held in a sacred cedar grove that naturally invites us to be present with our experience. Walking through the Cedars we open ourselves to learning the wild wisdom, innate interbeing with Mother Earth. The art of slowing, feeling silence, listening to new voices, and earthing richly roots our consciousness, blossoming our hearts, and pollinating our mind.

Is there a feeling deep in the marrow of your bones, a pulse in the ecosystem of your gut, an unfamiliar voice calling that you cannot ignore anymore. Is certainty unraveling like a frayed hem, comfort chafing like spandex in the heat, modern conveniences stifling. Something stirs that words, language fails to articulate. Screaming into the primordial void you hear the wild echo.
This journey of rewilding interbeing has no timeline or schedule. Rather we surrender to the guidance of landscape, forest, river, mountain, wolverine, raven, and pika. There are no assurances, no outcomes, no endpoints, or guarantees. Rather we embrace processes of decomposing, mulching, fermenting, masticating, rooting, myceliating, sporulating, pollinating, fruiting, shedding, moulting, fracturing, rupturing, eroding, migrating, and morphing.
We open, bloom, blossom to remembering our entanglement and interdependent relationality. We reclaim our intuitive, primal, sensemaking and embodiment. We garden, aerate, fertilize our imagination and dreaming. We ecosystem our interbeing.
Walking barefoot on Mother Earth, feeling her heartbeat, hearing the whispering wind in the leaves, auspicing the flight of birds, inhaling sun baked flowers, and drinking in the breathe of life. Reaching across space time, message me for a playdate.
